The Little Wild Horse and Bell slot canyon is a fun 8 mile loop. If you have never experienced slot canyons before this is a great one to check out. Bell is a nice canyon, but if you do not have time to do the whole loop, it takes approx. 4-6 hours, then I would just do the Little Wild Horse part. As you enter the canyon it is wide open and the walls are fairly short. Once you get into the canyon it starts to get narrow and the walls are much taller and you will start seeing the beautiful color of the sand stone brought to life by the rays of the sun. Since this is in the desert, be sure to wear sun block and bring plenty of water. And of course you bring your your camera. It is a very scenic hike and you will want to take pictures while you are in there. CAUTION: If there is a possibility of rain you should not go into slot canyons. A little moisture, even many miles away, can quickly turn into a flash flood in these narrow canyons.
