| Richard was a loving father
and husband who always worked hard to make sure his family was
taken care of. When he wasn't with his family, he was helping
others who were in need. Becaue of his great example countless
people are better off just for knowing him. When he found out
he had cancer, he still had a grin on his face and kept telling
jokes in an effort to make life better for those around him. We
love you dad and will always remember the good times we had. |
Jason Heigl, brother of actress
Katherine Heigl, is an inspiration to both Katherine and her mother
Nancy. Because of his love of animals and their desire to end
cruelty and abuse to animals, they have dedicated the Jason Debus
Heigl Foundation in his name. The goal of this foundation is to
eliminate the needless suffering inflicted on animals by human
