The museum features changing exhibitions (every 4-8 weeks) of art and history. The museum's permanent exhibition features Brigham City History from pre-settlement to the present. Interactive activities help keep kids engaged so parents can enjoy the exhibits themselves. Collections include artifacts related to early contact with the Shoshone, pioneer settlement, the Brigham City Co-operative movement, 20th century history, and the arts (including painting, drawing, sculpture, and folk arts such as quilting). The museum also serves as the historical society for Box Elder County, and collections cover the county. The museum is currently working on digitizing the collections to make them more accessible to the public at http://collections.boxeldermuseum.org
