The Great Salt Lake is 3 to 5 times saltier than the ocean. Fish free, the lake's largest aquatic critters are brine shrimp.

Bonneville Seabase

The Bonneville Seabase is a great place for scuba divers and snorkelers. For those who like scuba you can dive down in the larger spring to explore the many sunken items they have. There is also a smaller, covered, spring that you can get to by going through a small underwater tunnel that connects the two. The covered area is popular for snorkelers where they can swim around and feed the fish. They also have an area for those who want to dive down to around 60ft.

Directions:
On I-80 take exit 84. Turn onto UT-138. In approx 5.3 miles, turn left and follow the road to your destination.
